Connected Living London Public Consultation: Nine Elms

Have your say on emerging proposals for Nine Elms

Connected Living London, the long-term partnership between Transport for London and Grainger plc, would like to invite you to a public consultation, to view the revised proposals for the development above and adjacent to the Nine Elms Underground Station, on the corner of Wandsworth Road and Pascal Street.

The consultation is taking place at the Mursell Community Hall on Friday 11th October and Saturday 12th October (details overleaf). Members of the project team will be on hand to answer your questions and to discuss the emerging proposals with you. We hope you will be able to come along to view the plans and provide your feedback.

We chose the venue due to its proximity to the Nine Elms site, and to make it easy for people in the local area to get to.

Nine Elms Site

In 2016, the site received planning permission from Lambeth Council to deliver new homes above the new Nine Elms Underground Station.

Connected Living London is now exploring proposals for a Build-to-Rent development – homes built purposely for renters – centring around a revised residential component, which intends to deliver around 450 new homes.

The proposed development of the site will commence following the completion of the Nine Elms Underground Station, which is part of the Northern Line Extension.

Consultation

We are committed to working in collaboration with the local community to deliver a new development, which respects its neighbours.

In addition to the exhibition, in October we will be doorknocking in the local area as part of our outreach, looking to provide information and answer questions surrounding the revised scheme.

We would like to invite you to view the proposals and share your thoughts before we submit an application to Lambeth Council.

We look forward to meeting you at the consultation.
