Vauxhall Street Food Market reopens for 2016

Vauxhall Street Food Garden returns for 2016, Monday 6th June.

Whether you’re grabbing an hour to soak up the lunchtime sun, are a freelancer ‘working from home’, or meeting friends after work to indulge those balmy late London nights, Vauxhall Street Food Market is back with its thriving gourmet oasis in the heart of central London.

Now in its third year of leading the weekday summer food market scene, the daily food festival features some of the capital’s most exciting street food, showcasing a rotating line-up of stalls.

Plus, it’s just a stone’s throw from Vauxhall’s travel epicenter, meaning it’s got great transport links to the rest of the city. Throughout the summer, they’ll not only be serving the freshest and tastiest street eats to London’s hungry punters, but also offering the perfect spot for the odd post-work cocktail or two (or three, or four).

The launch line-up includes Win & Lily Oriental Fine Foods, with their delicious take on Chinese street food; turn up the heat with Roti Pan and a bit of Indian spice. Ribs, steak and more are on offer at Roxie’s BBQ Spot; whilst La Dolce Burger offers more options for the devout carnivore; DaJa Chicken is another meat-eater’s paradise and finally, get a taste of the med with Greek street food stall, Yiro.

These are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to guests over the summer, and don’t forget the fully equipped bars, powered by Smirnoff Vodka.

Don’t worry if you’re lunch hour won’t be long enough, the guys have wifi, seating and covered areas, so you can hang around to your heart’s content.

Plus, if you’re looking for a unique, free-hire events space for creative classes, workshops or more they got you – email zak@orangenation.co.uk for more information.
