Aseem is the Founding Director and Chairperson of Vauxhall One. He has over 20 years’ experience in the architecture and construction industry, and founded Base Associates – an architecture and design studio – on the edge of Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens in 2008.

Prior to joining Vauxhall One in 2016, Bernard was a Councillor and Assistant Lead Member for Housing and Regeneration with Brent Council. He has extensive experience in cultural placemaking, strategic planning and leading non-profit organisations.
