Important information for businesses in the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens area.
Lambeth is planning changes to localised traffic movements in the streets surrounding Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens as part of its Vauxhall Healthy Neighbourhood initiative.
During an 18 month trial, traffic management changes will be tested in the area. These will include traffic filters and new two-way systems, as well as different kerbside uses including cycle parking, parklets and greening. Read more and see the proposal.
Before the ETO is launched, Lambeth want to gather insights on business traffic and delivery movements in the area to help understand whether they have found a solution that meets the goals of the trial and is sensitive to the needs of the community.
If you think access to your premises will be affected, we urge you to provide feedback via this link by Monday 9 June.
Vauxhall One is hosting two meetings for businesses on 9 June – one focussing on Walnut Tree Walk, the other on the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens area. This will be an opportunity for you to raise queries and concerns before Vauxhall One submits feedback on behalf of the local business community; however, we strongly recommend that you also submit your own views via the link above.
If you would like to attend the meeting in person or via Zoom, please RSVP to info@vauxhallone.co.uk.
