The Vauxhall One team operates a schedule of regular maintenance to the local streetscape.

This includes repainting the tunnels that lead under the railway viaduct, as well as maintaining and repainting street furniture, removing or painting over graffiti, taking down fly posters and generally keeping Vauxhall free of waste and clutter.

Graffiti and fly posting are constant issues, and the team removes or paints over around 30 pieces of graffiti every week. Tunnels are repainted periodically, with several completed in 2023-24. In summer 2024, the team cleaned, repaired and repainted street furniture – such as metal barriers, lampposts, bicycle racks and bollards – throughout the BID area.
