Summer 2024 will see Vauxhall One bring another fun-filled season of free community events to Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens.
Returning for another four dates over the summer, everyone’s favourite singalong, Bearpit Karaoke, will pitch up on selected Saturday afternoons between June and September. This mass outdoor karaoke event attracts a friendly crowd of singers and spectators, with drinks provided by Mother Kelly’s and street food options from Market Place Vauxhall.
Summer Screens take place every Tuesday evening, starting 9th July. These free, feelgood movie screenings are open to all and this year will feature firm favourites like Encanto, Barbie, Kung Fu Panda and Moulin Rouge. Deck chairs are available for hire, refreshments can be bought from a range of local food trucks and bars, and the popcorn is free!
New for summer 2024, Vauxhall Flower Market will pop-up in Spring Mews every fortnight throughout August and into early September, bringing the best local florists, growers and garden supplies directly to the Vauxhall community.
Vauxhall One has also partnered with Lambeth Tour Guides to offer a series of guided walking tours that uncover the area’s unique history. Themes will include Royal Vauxhall, Industrial Vauxhall, Literary Vauxhall and Steampunk Vauxhall and will take place during weekends between June and October.
