In the spring of 2021, the Vauxhall One team transformed two plots of land with new green spaces outside MI6 on Albert Embankment, and at the entrance to Vauxhall City Farm on Tyers Street.
Monica Tyler, CEO of Vauxhall City Farm, commented:
“The new green beds outside the farm are a welcome sight. They have greatly enhanced the entrance to the farm and our visitor experience. Since the farm reopened after the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve received so many compliments from our neighbours and visitors, who are so pleased with the new look. It gives a great welcome into our little oasis. Thank you, Vauxhall One!”
The gardens feature plants that were selected to improve local biodiversity, such as heathers, spiraea and euphorbia.
These greening projects are part of Vauxhall One’s commitment to improve the public realm and make Vauxhall a better place to live, work and visit.
